United Bank of India Recruitment 2012 – 450 Probationary Officer vacancies



United Bank of India has issued notification against recruitment of 450 probationary officers’ vacancies in JMGS-I. Indian citizens who have taken the Common Written Examination for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees conducted by IBPS in 2011-12 and have a valid Score card issued by IBPS are eligible to apply between 24/02/2012 to 09/03/2012. United Bank of India Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Vacancies: 450
Name of Post: Probationary Officer
Age limit: Candidates age must be between 21 years to 30 years as on 01/07/2011. (Age Relaxations would be as per Government rules)
Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduate degree in any discipline with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) of any recognized university or equivalent.
Essential Qualification: Minimum Total Weighted Standard Score in Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS for General candidates must be 138 and for reserved candidates 125
Application Fee Details: SC/ST/PWD candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs. 50/- and all others must pay Rs. 200/- Fee must be paid into the Account No. 0389050194105 in form of Challan downloaded from Bank’s website at any branch of United bank of India or through NEFT at any Bank, in the name of ‘United Bank Probationary Officers Recruitment Project-2011-12′
Selection Procedure: Selections would be made on basis of Score in CWE conducted by IBPS followed by Group Discussions and Interview
How to Apply: Candidates must apply online through bank’s website www.unitedbankofindia.com on or before 09/03/2012

1. Log on to www.unitedbankofindia.com
2. Select ‘United bank Probationary officers’ Recruitment Project 2011-2012
3. Application Fee Payment Challan must be downloaded from Bank’s website and amount must be paid at any United Bank of India branch or Fee can also be paid in form of NEFT at any bank
4. Revisit Bank’s website
5. Select ‘ Online Application for United bank Probationary Officers Recruitment project 2011-2012′ link
6. Fill all mandatory details in Application form along with fee payment details and submit the application
7. Take print of application form, attach photograph and attest signature and retain it to be submitted if selected for interview along with other relevant documents

Andhra Bank PO Recruitment – Test Results Out


 The results ofAndhra Bank`s recruitment for PO vacancies were declared today.With this, the selected applicants are now eligible to proceed to next stage of selection.

Written Test for filling 450 Probationary Officer posts was conducted by Andhra bank onMay 8, 2011 at various cities across India with objective test for max. marks of 200 & descriptive test for 100 marks.There were objective type questions on English, General awareness, QA & Reasoning withnegative mark for each wrong answer.

Results: Based on the performance in written test, 1611 candidates have been shortlisted for Interview process – the names & roll no. of those can be seen at the bank website here
