MCA Second Phase from Friday



The second and final phase of Centralised Allotment for admission to MCA course 2012-13 in Government, Aided, Govt. Controlled/Private Self Financing Colleges of the State will be conducted on 04.12.2012 (Tuesday).
Candidates included in the rank list can rearrange their existing options/delete their unwanted higher options from 30.11.2012 to 4 p.m. on 01.12.2012 through the websitewww.cee.kerala.gov.in.

Newly allotted candidates to remit fee/amount at the designated branches of the SBT 05.12.2012 & 06.12.2012
Candidates to report before the Principals of allotted colleges and take admission. 07.12.2012 & 10.12.2012
Principals of Colleges to furnish non-joining report online and its signed print out by fax to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. 10.12.2012, 5.30 p.m.
Newly allotted candidates should remit the requisite fee in one of the designated branches of SBT on the dates specified above. Candidates newly allotted under SC/ST/OEC community category and those having fee benefit should remit an amount of 100/- in one of the designated branches of SBT on the specified dates, as a token of acceptance of the allotment.
Fees: The annual tuition fees for MCA course in Govt./Govt. Aided Colleges and for Govt. seats in the Govt. controlled Self financing Colleges is 7,000/-. The annual tuition fees for Management Seats in Govt. controlled Self financing Colleges is 38,500/-. For merit seats in Private Self Financing Colleges, the annual tuition fees is 50,000/-.
Documents to be produced at the time of admission:
1. 2st Phase Allotment Memo issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
2. Fee receipt obtained from the bank.
3. Admit Card of the Entrance Examination.
4. SSLC or any relevant school records to prove date of birth.
5. Original Mark list and Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination.
6. Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the institution where the candidate studied last.
7. Two copies of recent passport size photograph.
8. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Universities / Boards outside the State shall produce an “Eligibility Certificate” from any of the Universities in Kerala.
9. A candidate who qualifies from other universities should produce migration certificate at the time of admission.
10. A candidate who is employed or is a trainee in Govt. / Quasi Govt. / Banks etc. shall, at the time of interview, produce a relieving order and a certificate of good conduct from the head of the institution where the candidate was employed. Candidates who do not take admission on the specified dates, will lose their allotment.
Candidates who receive allotment to their higher options in the 2nd phase of allotment, should compulsorily get the T.C from the present college and join the newly allotted colleges on the above specified dates, failing which they will lose their current admission.
The Principals of colleges shall grant admission to allotted candidates after verifying and satisfying the academic eligibility conditions and documents as per Clauses 5 (b) and 11.8(b) of the prospectus.
