Canara Bank, a leading public sector bank with over 3500 branches, invites applications for recruitment of 2000 Probationary officers in JMG Scale-I from the candidates holding a valid common written examination score card from IBPS, Mumbai.

The recruitment for the post of probationary clerks shall be on state-wise/Union territory-wise basis. Candidates can apply for probationary clerk post in one state/union territory only and have to appear for the test, from a centre allotted for that particular state/union territory. On selection, candidates will be placed anywhere in that state/union territory depending up on Bank’s need and candidate has to work in the place of posting for a minimum period of 5 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories, for which no post has been announced, are free to apply against the un-reserved posts, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned.
