- Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, Indore;

DGFS-2012: Two-Year DAE Graduate Fellowship Scheme for Engineering Graduates and Post-Graduates in Physics for joining M.Tech. in specified specialisations commencing in 2012 at
- • IIT - Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee
- • IT-BHU - Varanasi
- • NIT - Rourkela and
- • Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) - Mumbai
On successful completion of the programme, you will be appointed as Scientific Officer in units of DAE indicated in the website with opportunities for attractive career progression up to the highest echelons
This could also earn you a PG Diploma or credits towards pursuing M.Tech. / M.Phil. / Ph.D. from Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI), a deemed to be university, provided your performance is above a specified threshold. DGFS Fellows will get opportunities for pursuing Ph.D. through HBNI after completion of M.Tech.
Qualifying Degrees and Disciplines:
B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Computers, Instrumentation and Engineering Physics
M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biosciences, Geology, and Geophysics
A minimum of 60% (aggregate*) in the qualifying degree is an essential requirement.
Science candidates are further required to have secured a minimum of 60% (aggregate*) in B.Sc. also. *A minimum of 60% marks means the marks as per the ordinance of the respective university.
Screening for Science disciplines : on the basis of valid GATE score or a Written Test (WT) to be conducted on Sunday, February 26, 2012.
Last date for receipt of application for WT in Science Disciplines: January 25, 2012
Last date for receipt of application in Science disciplines based on GATE: March 31, 2012.
Screening for Engineering disciplines: on the basis of valid GATE score or a Written Test, which is likely to be online, to be held in the end of April, 2012.
