LL.M 2011 - CAP on Feb 24


The Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) for admission to LL.M Course 2011 in the state Government Law Colleges will be held on 24th of February 2012 at the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Candidates (or their authorised representative with authorisation letter as given in Annexure I of the prospectus) should report at the allotment venue as per the time schedule listed on the CEE's website based on their rank in the Entrance Examination. They should produce the Admit Card of the Entrance Examination, proof for Date of Birth and all original documents to prove Academic Eligibility / Equivalency Certificate etc. as per prospectus {See Clause 16 (9)}. Individual memos will not be sent to the candidates in connection with Centralised Allotment Process.
Candidates must strictly adhere to the time schedule for reporting, as allotment of seats is purely based on their rank and availability of vacancies at the time of reporting.
Fees will not be collected from the candidates at the allotment venue. They should remit all kinds of fees in the Institution at the time of admission. There will be provision for the candidates at the allotment venue for registering their options for vacancies arising in future. Those candidates who do not attend the CAP will not be considered for future online allotments, even if vacancies arise.
Date of Admission: Candidates who take allotment during CAP should report for admission at the respective colleges on 27th February 2012 (Monday).
VENUE: Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, 5th Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram.
The Principals of Colleges should forward the non-joining report to the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations by 4.00 PM on 28.02 2012.
