The rescheduled CUSAT CAT for admission to BTech, MSc Photonics, BBA LL.B (Hons.) courses will be held on June 10 in Kerala. The decision was taken by the CAT monitering committee which met in the varsity today. A new question paper is to be prepapred as the test was conducted at all other centres accross the country on the date. The admission procedure is sure to get delayed this time as the results are expected to be announced late.
The common admission test was postponed in Kerala due to the state-wide hartal on May 5. Around 15,000 aspirants had registered for the test here. Meanwhile 13,000 candidates appeared for the test at all other centres outside the state.
CUSAT CAT-2012 has been going through tough times since the notification was published. The entire registration process was made Online this time so as to follow a tech-friendly approach.
