KEAM : Option re - arrangement closes today

The activities related to the second round of allotments to Professional Degree courses, Kerala will come to an end at 5 pm Friday . The options in the ‘Home Page’ of candidates at the closing time will be the basis of allotments/re-allotments in the second round to be announced on 4th August . Students may take note of the following while adding/deleting/changing (higher) options.

The allotment to be announced on 4th August 2009 will be the last Government allotment to this category of colleges against Government seats. Candidates getting allotted/re-allotted to Private Self Financing Engineering Colleges in the second round will not have any higher options retained for the next allotment. If they do not join the college based on second allotment, the fee remitted by them will be refunded. However, they will be out of the allotment process.

Those who take admission in the Colleges concerned can cancel their admission till 14.08.2009 in which case, they will get the refund of fees remitted. However, candidates joining Private Self Financing Engineering Colleges, desirous of taking TC from the College after 14.8.09 will have to pay the entire fee for the course to obtain TC and other documents.
