MAT comes in Online mode also

The Management Aptitude Test conducted by All India Managements Association for admission to the MBA and Allied Programmes of over 160 Business schools in the country will henceforth be online also in addition to the conventional Paper-Pencil Test. The next Paper-Pencil test will be held on 6th September 2009 (Sunday) form 10 am to 12.30 noon.

The Computer based online Test will be held from 7th September (Monday) onwards in different slots at specified test venues subject to the number of candidates registering for Computer Based Test. If the number of candidates registering for Computer Based Test (Online Test) is few/limited, these candidates have to appear for the Paper-Pencil Test on 6th September 2009 only.

The list of Test Centre Cities along with their codes are given at http://www.aima-ind.org/mat_general.asp Graduates in any discipline are eligible to take MAT. Final year students of Graduate Courses are also eligible.

MAT Bulletin/CD can be obtained on cash payment of Rs.980/- from selected branches of Bank of Baroda, listed Study Centres of AIMA or from AIMA, New Delhi (Management House, 14 Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003). Application can be registered online at www.aima-ind.org/matsep09 after obtaining a Crossed Demand Draft (DD) for Rs 1050/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. The last date for sale of Forms/ Online Registration is 10th August, 2009 (Monday).

The last date for receipt of filled in Registration Forms at AIMA; New Delhi is 13th August, 2009 (Thursday). All provisionally registered candidates will be able to down load their
Admit Card from www.aima-ind.org/matcentre.asp seven days before the test date. Specific Admit Card will be generated both for candidates opted for the Paper-Pencil (Offline Test) and for the Computer Based Online Test. Admit Card would be having Candidate Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address. Candidate registered for Computer Based Online Test have to strictly follow the date and time allotted to them.
